Nawab Sir Fazal Ali Khan

Nawab Sir Fazal Ali Khan, also know
n as Sir Sayed Punjab, laid the foundation of Zamindar College in 1937.His services in the fields of politics, education and social welfare are well acknowledged.
Bio
Nawab Sir Fazal Ali Khan became the first Chairman of the District Board of Gujrat in 1928 and then member of the Legislative Assembly of Punjab. He was a graduate from Ali Garh University, India. Before the partition of the Indian sub-continent, Nawab Sir Fazal Ali founded and headed a Non Government Organization named Zamindar Education Association in 1914. Zamindar High School for boys was established in 1927 under the auspices of Zamindar Education Association. In 1937 the association laid the foundation of Zamindar College that to date has produced thousands of graduates including renowned personalities of the region in the fields of education, literature, politics and civil services.
